Thank you for shopping with Scarlet Sax! We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — the free shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout. Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold are subject to a flat rate shipping fee, also shown at checkout.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
